Our soccer classes focus on speed, agility, mobility, and basic fundamentals of soccer. The overall goal will be to improve one’s cardiovascular fitness and to provide drills to improve one’s passing, dribbling, shooting and defensive skills. Short field scrimmages focusing on three on three and four on four will also be featured.
A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS
