Cancellation Procedures 

To cancel or reschedule a session, please submit your request in writing by emailing info@pacturf.com with your organization name, scheduled date/time, and the best contact number to reach you.

Requests received 72+ hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Requests received within 72 hours are non-refundable; however, we may offer a credit or one-time reschedule, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

All cancellation requests must be made by the organization/primary contact. We cannot process cancellations for individual teams within an organization.
