Designated end times for parties are a hard stop. Kindly respect the staff's time and clear out of the party room/turf space in a timely matter
CANCELLATION POLICY
​A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date/time.
7+ days notice: refund of payments made minus deposit. 3–6 days: 50% refund (minus deposit) or credit toward a future booking (PAC discretion).
Less than 72 hours: no refunds (credit/reschedule only if availability allows; not guaranteed).
If PAC cancels due to weather/emergency/unforeseen circumstances, we’ll reschedule or issue an appropriate refund/credit.
